Lois Harriet Gresh is an author and editor whose works fall primarily into the science fiction, weird fiction, and fantasy genres. She has written numerous Lovecraftian and Cthulhu Mythos stories, including some which cross over the world of Sherlock Holmes with that of H. P. Lovecraft. In addition to these, she has also written television tie-ins for franchises such as The X-Files, and has co-authored a non-fiction book on the Star Trek universe.
