Lovecraft: A Biography is, as it name would seem to suggest, a biography of the late Howard Phillips Lovecraft. It was written by L. Sprague de Camp and first published by Doubleday in 1975. Although it was considered the most definitive work on the subject on its release, it has since been mostly superseded by the works of Lovecraft scholar S. T. Joshi.
Lovecraft: A Biography has been translated into several other languages, and has been extensively reissued, including in the digital medium.
