The Mother of Pus is a fictional entity created by games designer Richard Watts for the Call of Cthulhu scenario "Behold the Mother", an adventure which was included in the 1998 supplement Dead Reckonings.

A minor Outer God composed of eyes, slime, tentacles and mouths, the Mother of Pus was spawned from the mating of Shub-Niggurath and a human. When summoned, she seeks refuge in pools of foul water.
