Nyctelios, was originally an Elder God, but was punished by Nodens for his transgressions against them by being imprisoned under the Mediterranean Sea and is now an Outer God. He takes the form of a grotesque, muscular cyclops-like humanoid, whose body is infested with hideous worms. One day he will rise from the abyssal citadel he was ensnared in and seek out and destroy the Elder Gods in an act of vengeance.
